Attention turns to the wife and accomplice of “creepy Phil”, the deviant kidnapper of Jaycee Lee Dugard. After all, it was she who actually performed the physical act of overpowering the 11 year old child, and forcing her into the escape vehicle, according to Jaycee’s stepfather. She knew of the plan to kidnap and enslave this child, yet did nothing to assist in Jaycee’s liberation. There is also a frightening item of note. Jaycee was abducted in 1991, but “creepy Phil” was arrested for a parole violation in 1993. What was Nancy Perrido’s role as overseer during the time of his absence? I am sickened with each new discovery of this horrible episode in human history.
