Let Cooler Heads Prevail

The ugly tone of our current Presidential campaign reflects our individual and national deep seeded and unspoken fears. Some, in positions of influence, would attempt to feed these fears, sparking incendiary responses that might lead (at best) to a balloting bias. Instead of this political tactic, I would appeal to each individual American mind, suggesting that we determine what we actually need from the Chief Executive of the federal government; and then insert both candidates into that slot; testing their adequacy to meet those needs. We all have concerns because of our current economic instability. The question that must be answered is: which candidate offers an actual and viable solution that will directly address those concerns. This is no time for generalities. We need solutions. Together we can find the solution.
