With the approach of Autumn comes the transitions of warmth to cool, green to brown, sunshine to clouds; one kind of life to a different kind of life. We make the appropriate fashion adjustments to protect against the harshness of the of the changing weather. Likewise, consideration must also be given to the mental adjustments necessary to adequately adapt to the changing climate of our American version of civilization. It’s an election year, the economy is weak, and we are still involved in a war overseas. Just as in physical exercise, this present stress exercises our ability to continue to live and progress in the face of adversity. Be therefore strong and of good courage. Be talkin to ya. mindfoodprime
