North Korea announced today that they are in possession of nuclear weapons, injecting noteworthy concern into the heart of the world community. The United States was especially concerned due to our relationship with South Korea, and our tenuous position as worldwide policeman. Noted that this was but a familiar tactic by the N. Koreans to compel the USA to offer something to get them to go back to the negotiating table with S. Korea. The American position remains clear, that no offer will be made as long as the N. Koreans participate in the activities of a nuclear power. Such a position is in clear opposition to previous negotiations.
In addition ... Iran responded to the request to cease from nuclear development with a far more clear message: they would not cease from developing themselves as a nuclear force.
This opens the door for interesting conversation. Is the world prepared to accept Iran into the nuclear community? Moreover, is the USA prepared to take "Persian War" steps to prevent Iran or North Korea from developing or maintaining any kind of nuclear weaponry? We have entered into the period of planetary volatility where every word and action will have very distinctive and formidable repercussions. Those who wanted to be in a position of government will now be tested, to prove whether not not they are up to the tasks of planetary communication and socio-political diplomacy.
