05/08/2010 Human Observations
Greetings brethren.
Amidst the creation of my "epic" novel (I gotta laugh), I've encountered a question that I'm not sure many believers have considered: How is God's "judgment" expressed upon believers? The development of my story takes through the exploration of this question, and my exposure with "the Church" leads me to believe that many folks are not in personal anticipation of this rather challenging experience. FYI ... Peter declares that "judgment MUST begin in the house of the Lord". Obviously, our heavenly citizenship determines that our names are recorded in the Lamb's Book of Life; so, unlike the Un-Godly, we get to reign with our Messiah as "ornaments on His throne". However, as we are today, there remains for all of us, a refining process to better prepare us for the experience of "ruling all nations with a rod of iron"; as well as "judging Angels". What are your thoughts?
